I still have message of service tire monitoring system showing. The right rear is the only one not giving a reading. I don't drive to Kingsport very often. Therefore if I can do something myself to fix the problem, please let me know. I had to turn on the trip odometer myself, If they had done so , they would have seen there was a problem. This may help someone else knowing and instructing the tire people.
Zach got me where I wanted to be with financing and he even came in on his day off to sign the papers so I didnt have to wait to take my new vehicle home. He was very pleasant to deal with.

I was extremely surprised when I saw the sign announcing a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. I asked when this started and I was told it was after the new owners took over. It is a ridiculous and petty charge from a business of your size. We have been customers of Courtesy for 40 years, but this makes me wonder your loyalty to your customers.

The finance guy was quick and prepared and got me an exceptional rate in these difficult times. The service manager, Jeff, was way above average in his effort to diagnose and resolve the issue I was having with my vehicle. After completing the repair he let me know the vehicle was ready to be picked up and arranged for Champion's driver to pick me up. I did have a concern when paying for the charges when the sales assistant described the reason for the high amount of the charges. She "explained" it by saying that the repair [of my differential] required "9 quarts of oil at $28 per quart" which amounted to the $280+ being ...

Service manager and mechanic were very helpful after I had been dealing with OnStar. OnStar would not help and would tell me lie after lie, never would call me back after saying they would.
I am typically not a fan of the whole car buying process or even writing reviews. However, this experience was different. Customer service on point and the owner is out on the sales floor working with the staff. I was a team experience as staff worked together to get ne out the door in a timely manner. I drove 2 hours to get there and will continue to do so when we need another vehicle. Job well done!

They were friendly. Worked well with the person that sold us the automobile. One issue I had was I'm not sure the used automobile we purchased was fully checked before it was placed in the lot to be sold. Had issues the next day that had to be fixed before we could drive it.

When I ordered the Tahoe it was Courtesy. Champion had not bought Courtesy yet. I shopped Champion in Johnson City, but they wanted list price plus a $799 doc fee. If I had to pay that I would not have bought a Tahoe. When I took delivery Champion was the new owner. I did not need a vehicle, but if I had needed one, although I am a Chevy man, I would have gotten a Jeep, Ford or something else. Craig Hite is a good man and manager. I hope you keep him.
