Appointment was for 8:15am and upon arrival they said it was an hour later. Even after showing them the confirmation email they said it was still 9:15. Was there for 3 hours total for a routine oil change. Waste of time and poor management by them.

This is my first visit to the dealership since it was Courtesy. The staff seems more interested in my vehicle problems but the service writers probably need more training. When they called with my truck’s diagnosis they were clear but I needed time to review the quote and asked them to text or email them to me. I took my vehicle to Champion to have them replace my timing chain. I also purchased the “kit” and an actuator on their recommendation. It took them 2 months for them to fix it due to issues after they replaced everything. I had to take my vehicle to my mechanic to show a picture of what my mechanic found (in 3.5 minutes) to show Jeff what was actually wrong. And then Jeff actually fixed. A lot of messing around that wasn’t necessary.

my car engine light came on told me my car needed service. took it to champion and they told me my car was still under warranty and that they had the part needed to fix it. they did fix the problem and I was not charged because they said it was still under warranty. I'm a widow and it was a big help to me.

Made appointment for the 15000 mile service. Making the appointment was easy. Check in was simple and my wait time was minimal. My issue is the truck was supposed to be inspected but I don’t beleive that happened. .i can tell you for sure the tires were not checked because the tire pressure was at 39psi and 40psi. Maximum inflation is supposed to be 35. I still had 40 percent oil life left and only made the appointment because the 15,000 mile was due. I ended up changing my windshield wipers and cabin air filter myself.
