This is my first visit to the dealership since it was Courtesy. The staff seems more interested in my vehicle problems but the service writers probably need more training. When they called with my truck’s diagnosis they were clear but I needed time to review the quote and asked them to text or email them to me. Instead when I arrived to pick up my truck they had showed the service as denied and closed the order. I had to wait for them to get the order reopened and then had to wait while they attempted to figure how to use my points from my GM Rewards for payment. I have a bad back and bad knees and although everyone was being extremely nice, I was forced to stand through this whole process, and will have to do the same when I take my truck back for installation of the part they ordered. They need to at least provide stools for their customers. Only time will tell whether the part they ordered will fix my problem. I had to take my car back to Courtesy 3 times and they reduced my gas mileage by about 5mpg. So I hope this part fixes my truck with great results.

I took my vehicle to Champion to have them replace my timing chain. I also purchased the “kit” and an actuator on their recommendation. It took them 2 months for them to fix it due to issues after they replaced everything. I had to take my vehicle to my mechanic to show a picture of what my mechanic found (in 3.5 minutes) to show Jeff what was actually wrong. And then Jeff actually fixed. A lot of messing around that wasn’t necessary.
